Dreambird Acquire Three Resellers

New Hexagon Production Software Resellers in Russia and Central Asia

Dreambird – Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s Production Software distributor across Russia, CIS and the Baltic countries – has acquired three companies to strengthen a number of products in Russia and Central Asia.

Reseller agreements have been signed with Finval, Glanol, and Alcor.

Dreambird’s Marketing Specialist, Ada Lakevich, says they are constantly working towards expanding their reseller network, aimed at increasing Hexagon’s Production Software business in CIS markets, and keeping users abreast of developments geared to improving manufacturing efficiency.  

“These new resellers already have considerable experience in distributing software solutions, and know their customers’ needs. So, to be able to offer market leading solutions such as RADAN, VISI and EDGECAM, will help manufacturers take their business to a new level.”

The Finval group of companies was already working with sheet metal CAD/CAM software, RADAN. This group represents engineering solutions, equipment and tooling from many  global brands such as Mazak, Sandvik Coromant, Schmets, and OEMs from Taiwan and South Korea.

“The benefits and efficiency of Hexagon Production Software products of manufacturers, was the driving force for Finval to broaden its co-operation, and it is now also selling EGECAM, the revolutionary software for mill-turn and multi-axis equipment.”

Alcor, from Kazakhstan, offer high quality design, construction management and technology solutions for maximum efficiency. It also distributes Graphisoft, Trimble, Hexagon PPM (Intergraph), Bentley Systems, PTC and BricSys. “Expanding its portfolio, Alco will now represent RADAN, EDGECAM, VISI and WORKXPLORE. Their professionalism and experience will become a foundation for successfully developing Hexagon Production Softeare’s technologies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and later across other Central Asian countries.”

Glanol Engineering specializes in the turnkey development of metalworking manufacturing plants and shopfloors, along with integrating industrial automation systems. The company also supplies manufacturing equipment, being an official distributor for GF Agie Charmilles, Gasparini, Laserdyne, Mikron and MEWAG.

“Their existing customer base and established relationships will help understand customers’ needs and the main issues that Hexagon’s Production Software solutions can solve,” says Ada Lakevich.

Glanol will represent RADAN and EDGECAM on the Russian market.
